The dataset is a historical record of Robinhood Chain memecoin launches, indexed by deployer rather than by token. An agent looking at a fresh deploy asks one question: what has this wallet shipped before, and what happened to it?
An agent querying mid-decision has a window measured in hundreds of milliseconds. Every design decision is evaluated against that.
All public API data is free during this window. No API key, wallet connection or deposit is needed for queries. Existing account credits stay untouched.

Fair-use limits: 60 free queries per minute per IP, with a shared 600-per-minute service limit. Follow Retry-After if you receive 429. Standard prepaid query billing returns automatically when the window ends.

The valuable query is not "tell me about this token" but "this wallet just deployed something — what came before?" Deployer-indexing cuts the corpus by orders of magnitude and makes every entry decision-grade.
Research: the shape is right, the novelty is not. Seven vendors already sell deployer history; none sells a latency SLA, outcome labels with provenance, cluster dossiers, or captured off-chain evidence.
On-chain data is public and backfillable by anyone at any time. Deleted posts, nuked Telegram groups, scrubbed sites and pre-rebrand dev identities are not. That half is perishable — capture urgency matters more than completeness.
Research: supported, and narrower. Telegram group interiors rank first, then unarchived small-account X, then launch-window sites and IPFS metadata. Entity resolution is a second moat — and the moat is the legal exposure.
The standard billing model uses prepaid credits: settle USDC or native SOL on deposit, then draw down the balance per query. On-chain confirmation stays outside the query response path.
The service uses Noux prepaid billing (noux-prepaid-v1) with signed wallet proof on Robinhood Chain. Its x402-style discovery endpoint describes those terms; standard x402 facilitator settlement is not integrated.

Historical customer payments are included. Scout and other internal tests, creator fees, donations and unrelated transfers are excluded. The public tracker provides the token's current identity verification status and verified mint details.
View verified receipts, coverage gaps, balances in SOL and USDC, and each purchase or burn's transaction proof. Pending evidence is labeled explicitly.

The detector streams Robinhood Chain mainnet, deterministic checks review detected launches on arrival, and agents can verify wallet ownership, fund and top up accounts with USDC or native SOL, and query live-window deployer dossiers today. Humans get single-token analysis free at the terminal. Recorded history persists independently of the terminal. Metadata/site capture is bounded and auditable; Telegram/X collectors and validated outcome labels remain in development.
